Technical requirements for microprocessor technology based process protection subsystem

The document sets forth technical requirements for microprocessor-based hardware that implements the subsystem of technological protection and protective interlocks (TK and ZB), and also discusses options for the structural construction of the subsystem on these tools. Technical requirements should be taken as the basis for the development of microprocessor devices designed for the implementation of the TZ and the ST, when designing an automated process control system for TPPs for new TPPs, and for full or partial modernization of existing TPPs. Imported devices to the Russian Federation that implement the function of TK and ST must meet the requirements of this document.
В документе сформулированы технические требования к микропроцессорным техническим средствам, реализующим подсистему технологических защит и защитных блокировок (ТЗ и ЗБ), а также рассмотрены варианты структурного построения подсистемы на этих средствах. Технические требования должны приниматься за основу при разработке микропроцессорных устройств, предназначенных для реализации ТЗ и ЗБ, при проектировании АСУ ТП ТЭС для новых ТЭС, а также при полной или частичной модернизации действующих ТЭС. Импортируемые в Российскую Федерацию устройства, реализующие функцию ТЗ и ЗБ, должны удовлетворять требованиям данного документа
